• Consultation

This is the first stage of the project. We have a comprehensive discussion with clients to know what they have in mind for their building or if they have anything in mind at all. We then move on to study the different options that will perfectly suit the proposed project. 

The major process that is carried out in this stage is, working with clients to understand their needs and expectations, giving them expert advice about the project, making research to fully understand the details of the project, and making final decisions on the designs with the client and other team members.

• Design Stage

After the client's expectations have been perfectly understood and the necessary research has been done, we begin the design process. Our architects first of all make sketches of the proposed structure. This gives us more insight into what the structure will look like. We may show the sketches to the clients to gain more finality, then go on to make formal designs.

These designs will contain the floor plans, site plans, and other important details. Other factors such as plumbing, electrical connections, interior, and exterior building finishes, and general contractors are considered during this process. Our clients are carried along at every stage of the design.

• Design Development

This is the stage where more details are added to the design. The designs are no longer seen as an illustration. They are considered an exact representation of the proposed structure. Our architects provide specific elements of the design such as, the materials that will be used in the different parts of the structure, their quality, durability, and beauty. Every part of the design is developed into a prototype of what the proposed building will look like.

• Adjustments

Sometimes our clients can request for some changes to be made. We make amendments and ensure they are satisfied.
