Conklin’s new Master Guard® Wall Kote is the first
competitively-priced elastomeric wall mastic on the market
that utilizes advanced technology.

to create the Master Guard® Wall Kote exterior latex coating
system. The test results surprised even us. Wall Kote has
delivered exceptional results.
Flexible Performance
Wall Kote’s strongest attribute is its flexibility of
application and performance. Wall kote can be applied over
wood, stucco, masonry (block, tilt-up or cement composition
panels) and some synthetic sidings. Wall Kote’s flexibility
can also be measured in performance over time. Its excellent
elongation of more than 400 percent provides a durable, yet
flexible armor against the elements.

Wall Kote isn’t all brawn at the expense of good looks.
The beauty of the Wall Kote system is that it can be tinted
to any of Conklin’s 940 standard colors, giving you
just the look and finish you want. Create color schemes
that add curb appeal to your business and value to your
investment. Wall Kote’s formulation allows you to
do all this in just one application.
Easy to Use and Apply
Created with acrylic resins, Wall Kote is easy to apply
with a sprayer, roller or paintbrush. Its 100 percent water-based
formula means Wall Kote is not only environmentally friendly,
but also easy to clean up, using only soap and water. Depending
on surface texture, Wall Kote is generally applied in a
single coat at a rate of 60 to 70 square feet per gallon
on masonry surfaces and 80 to 100 square feet per gallon
for wood or synthetic siding surfaces. This provides 6-12
mils of durable protection versus 2-3 mils for normal house
paint.
